Admin Accounts Filipina Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for a responsible Admin / Accounts with the following requirements;

Job Requirements: 

  • At least 5 years related experience.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Preferably with knowledge of Tally software.
  • With excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • With excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be multi-tasking and flexible to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Monitor all the incoming emails and assure to reply on time.
  • Write emails, correspondences, memos, faxes, and forms.
  • Develop and maintain a strong filing system, remains updated and easily accessible.
  • Record daily transactions of the company.
  • Make quotations, LPO’s, invoices, delivery notes, receipt and payment vouchers, etc.
  • Analyze and reconcile account balances and maintain its supporting documents and schedules such as Sales, Purchases, etc.
  • Follow up keenly for customer payments and ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain a list of suppliers outstanding and prepare payments on due dates.
  • Maintain clean contact lists for easy reference.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Report and assist the manager and staff as needed.
