Job Description:
3.9. Developer (DER) / Web Developer (WDR) Jobholders at this level are all involved in the construction, testing and implementation of small to medium in-house software programs that most effectively meet client department requirements. They also have a responsibility for mentoring junior colleagues.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands on full lifecycle experience developing business solutions in Visual Studio .NET, primarily VB
• 5+ years of experience in MS SQL Server database programming, stored procedures and functions
• Experience with SSRS is an advantage
• Experience with Visual FoxPro is an advantage

Job Description:
The Data Reporting Analyst is responsible for reporting and providing insight using various data mining techniques. The Data Reporting Analyst will support IT and the end business users by providing accurate, timely and relevant data and analysis to meet their diverse requirements. The Data Reporting Analyst will also work closely with other IT teams to generate automated reports for frequently requested queries.

Job Overview:
Jobs at this level are responsible for performing / checking of all engineering deliverables in timely manner within the budget. The jobholders at this position are required to ensure the quality of all deliverables and adherence to company quality plans and job specifications / guidelines etc. The engineers at this position may have to go for offshore for site survey. The posting is generally for the NPCC base engineering office at MFY Abu Dhabi, however the jobholders may have to travel outside UAE on business trip for short durations.

Job Duties:   
• Performing, checking and ensuring technical accuracy and quality of all discipline deliverables such as structural analyses, design calculations, drawings, specifications, purchase requisitions, technical bid evaluations etc. during all phases of allotted project i.e. basic, detailed, construction and installation engineering.

This responsibility includes site visits as required and close coordination with other engineering disciplines, Drafting Office Coordinator and sometimes with client's project team. These role holders can be seconded to work as Project Engineering Coordinators based on the size and complexity of the assigned project. The focus will shift from one of deep discipline knowledge to that of coordinating the various engineering disciplines involved in assigned projects.

Job Duties:   
1. Co-ordinates and manages all project planning, monitoring and production control related issues with the Client/Sub-contractors/executing parties.
2. Establish Project Work Break-Down Structure (WBS), Project Control Strategy, Master Schedule and Action Plan for Planning Deliverables issuance.

About NPCC:
The National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC), a Public Joint Stock company, was established in April 1973. The fabrication facilities then were located on Sadiyat Island, 3 km east of Abu Dhabi city. The present facilities are now located at Mussafah, 35 km from Abu Dhabi city.

Growth of NPCC

In 1973, NPCC was initially established to provide a facility for the fabrication of steel structures required by the onshore and offshore Oil and Gas production industry. In 1978 NPCC expanded its operation by setting up a custom built pipe coating facility at the yard.

In 1979, NPCC ventured into offshore activities for the Oil & Gas industry, providing marine spreads for Pipelay, Installation and Hook-up works. Today, NPCC owns a dedicated marine fleet consisting 13 construction barges, capable of transportation of up to 12,000 tons, lifting single structures weighing up to 2,600 tons, laying submarine pipelines up to 60" in diameter and hook-up and maintenance works. In 1986, with the intention of serving onshore projects, NPCC ventured into manufacturing Storage Tanks & Spheres for storing various types of petroleum products such as; liquid sulphur, water, diesel oil, crude oil, liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), etc

The dynamic growth of NPCC since its inception and its achievements over the years, have placed this National Company in a league with major international EPC contractors involved in the development of the Oil and Gas Industry.

In 1992, NPCC expanded its engineering capability for designing onshore & offshore facilities, loading terminals, storage tanks, pressure vessels and pipelines. Presently, NPCC has over 300 dedicated engineering staff to support the ongoing operations. The design team is fully equipped with latest state-of-the-art computers/softwares to meet engineering challenges.

Job Overview:
Responsible for handling the Engineering Department procedures and Manuals update/revisions covering: (Operation & Administrative procedures), (Document Control Procedures) and (the Technical Practices/Procedures of all Engineering Disciplines. Take the lead during Internal/ISO & HSE audits. Maintain Engineering Standards & Forms. Coordination & Interface with QA/QC Department

Job Duties:   
• Take the lead as a focal point in handling all Engineering Operation/Technical Procedures covering: Full awareness of procedures; Identify & revising all Manuals/Procedures; Issuing Standing Instructions for Implementation.
• Co-ordination with Quality (QA/QC) Department
• Liaison with all EMs/SPEMs/PEMs for requirements of Procedures/Revisions.
• Training of new employees on Engineering Quality System.
• Coordinate maintenance/revision of Engineering Standards/Forms.
• Coordinates saving/posting/maintaining Codes/Technical Papers on Engineering Server.
• Monitor & revise Engineering Forms. Quality Checks on Document/Drawing Registers.
• Quality Checks on Document Numbering System.
• Periodic Auditing of Document Control.
• Prepare & issue the Quarterly Quality objectives report for measuring Engineering performance.
• Automation & Standardization process and effective system control.

Job Requirements:
• B.Sc. Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience in the domain of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001/14001 and out which 5 years in Engineering or EPC firm.
• PC literate & have proven skills & sound working knowledge of computer based systems: Microsoft Projects/Powerpoints/Word/Excel, EDMS (Electronic Data management System
• Dependable self motivated & result oriented.
• Willingness to work hard & make positive contributions
• Fluent written & spoken English
• Excellent communication skill
• Good planning, organizing & internal personal skills.
