Description:

Provide
speedy resolution to customer needs and requests.
2.
Advise
customers on the bank’s products and processes.
Achievement
of sales target:
1.
Advise
suitable products to walk-in customers.
2.
Covert
maximum customer interactions in to successful sales.
Increase
number of products per customers:
1.
Advise
suitable products to existing customers in order to deepen the
relationship.
2.
Increase
products per customer.
Reduced
rejections and discrepancies:
1.
Check
applications thoroughly to avoid any rejection or discrepancies.
2.
Minimize
discrepancies (under permissible limits).
3.
Follow
up on applications esp with exceptions, to follow laid down
turnaround times (TAT).
Compliance:
Comply
with relevant processes, procedures and controls

Requirements:
High
School
University
Graduate
Experience
3
years Sales/ Service experience (preferably in Finance/Banking
Industry)
Knowledge&
Skills
Relevant
technical knowledge and skills (including speed and accuracy)
Behavioral
Competencies
Detail
Oriented, able to work under pressure with a positive customer
service attitude. Bilingual with English is a must.
Good
interpersonal competencies to enable customer service standards, Good
attitude towards new sales and upsell.
