Overview:
Responsible
to supervise and manage a team of ten staff to ensure complete
revenue protection activities which includes auditing of Revenue
document (Passenger tickets and Cargo AWB’s.), Raising of Debit
Memos and Queries, disputes from Stations/Agents on disputes
management system/BSP/ARC./Cass link.
To
highlight fraudulent activities to senior management so that
necessary control/measures can be implemented to protect any further
losses. Implement various policies and procedures to protect
company’s revenue. To implement proper controls and day to day
monitoring of the ADM/CCA process.
This
role and team under this role, are responsible for ensuring to meet
the day to day objectives set by Management.
Job
Responsibilities:
- This role and team under this role, are responsible for ensuring to meet the day to day objectives set by Management.
- Coach, develop, and manage team to ensure proper control over the ADM/CCA process
- Allocation of day to day work to each member of the team to meet deadlines
- Ensure team completes management of Audit deliveries as per the requirement
- Ensure team completes management of Audit & Dispute Management System for business support
- To identify problem areas at an operational level and take immediate corrective and preventive steps for the future
- Decision making and investigating disputes on ADM’s/CCA’s
- Maintain Audit requirements and update SLA’s in respect to Audit process
- Supervision of Disputes on BSP/ARC/Casslink/Stations
- Updating Policies and Procedures to improve productivity & quality
- Controlling and maintaining all reference data required from Revenue audits.
- Handling of all ADM queries and periodical MIS Report to Higher Management
- To generate MIS reports for audits to report to Management

Requirements:
Qualification
& Education:- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or related field with a specialized knowledge in Revenue Audit for
Experience:
- 4 year’s work experience in a similar role of which at least 2 years in a supervisory role is preferable
Training:
- MS Office.
- Business Object/Oracle Discoverer
- BSP and sales accounting
- Fares, ATPCO and GDS
- Analytical Skill
Knowledge:
- Hands on knowledge of revenue accounting departments function in an airline industry.
- Accounting and verification of passenger/cargo sales reports/ ticket fares / refund calculations etc
- Good knowledge and skill of the IATA Revenue Accounting Manual to apply the IATA rules when necessary.
- Excellent knowledge of ATPCO and refunds rules as set by pricing.
- Excellent understanding of the pricing circulars and the sanctions.
- Excellent understanding of Bilateral and codeshare agreements.
- Clear understanding of Cargo Air waybills/passenger Tickets/Mco’s /Holiday vouchers is of utmost relevance in order to accomplish the duties.
- Good communication skills in English for corresponding with various countries agents
