About the Role:
You are responsible to analyse system performance and organise quality inspections, manage maintenance schedules of Fire Alarm system installed at the facilities across Dubai Airports. You will also be involved in proposing suitable solutions to improve system availability and ensure effective utilisation of resources in-line with the guidelines set by the Department.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to ensuring a high standard of system maintenance and reliable operation using advanced technical/engineering expertise and changes in processes in-line with International codes & practices.

About You:
You will be educated to a minimum of a Degree/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field.
You should possess at least five to seven years experience in the above engineering field of which at least four years should be in the design, installation, operation, of low current systems. You should also have good knowledge on networks, protocols, configuration, installation and integration. About the Role:
The purpose of the role is to ensure a high customer and stakeholder service delivery and satisfaction through an effective shift operation of trolley services by utilizing all available resources.
The job holder will have to ensure the provision of trolley requirement throughout the respective terminal/facility is met at all times. Communicate and recommend any amendments/additions required to improve the overall Trolley Services system .


About You:
You will be educated to Diploma level or will have an equivalent professional qualification
You will have at least 8 years of experience in in a related field.You should possess the necessary supervisory and communication skills in order to co-ordinate the work of the assigned location. The jobholder should be able to manage a team of 100+ employees and be able to plan and implement systems of work, define objectives, develop procedures and achieve results by communicating job expectations and evaluating outcomes.
You should have knowledge about Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Management System.

About the Role:
You are responsible to manage the effective and efficient usage of MAXIMO  by  developing necessary applications within Maximo, monitoring MAXIMO performance, continually optimise the system configuration, updating the applicable process workflows, managing master and planning data to improve assets utilization and performance for the operation and maintenance requirements of DA assets.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to Support the DA Engineering Services Section Manager on maintaining up to date knowledge and awareness of MAXIMO CMMS and Its relevance to the airport assets maintenance activities, including recommendations to ensure continuous improvements of maintenance best practices and DA ES business processes related to MAXIMO CMMS applications.


About You:
You will be educated to a minimum of a Degree in Engineering or equivalent with additional qualifications in oracle database, SQL script and JDBC applications.  IBM Maximo Asset Management Certification in version 7.1 or latest is preferred
You should possess a wide and in-depth experience in MAXIMO implementation; with a minimum of 7 years in CMMS systems of which 5 years shall be in MAXIMO. Full life cycle implementation experience with the system applications, including experience in application development, data loading /user help desks administration and configuration of Asset Management Applications in a similar installation is required.

About the Role:

Job Overview;
Will be responsible to sell Commercial Logistics services and solutions.
Job Responsibities:
Responsible for securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
Regularly visit new and existing accounts, understand their logistics need and present solutions.
Build and develop strong relationships with key decision makers from target customers.
Prospecting new customers, secure sales meetings and register opportunities in Move One sales database.
Meet and exceed sales target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
Help develop and submit professional, clear and effective proposals for current and prospective customers contracts.
Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups. Identify and resolve client concerns.
Participate in marketing and networking events (inside and outside of core business hours).
Understand competitor strategies, capabilities and pricing to better position Move One advantageously.
Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly.monthly sales meetings,
Preparing and present weekly sales reports, market analysis and reports as required.
Promote the services and products of all Move One products, ad coordinte sales efforts with other department sales.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years sales experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
Proven track record of annual sales.
An existing extensive networks of customers and vendors in Middle East.
Self Motivator/Aggressive/Ambitious.
Extrovert.
Microsoft office.Powerpoint.
Project Logistics/Off-Shore Logistics experience an advantage.
Excellent English communication skills (face to face and via the phone).
Strong negotiation and relationship skills.
Highly competitive, driven by revenue generation.

Work Requirements:
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and regular overnight travel.
Own car and valid driving license.
