We are currently recruiting for a Department Manager for
Dolce & Gabbana in the prestigious Harvey Nichols,Mall of the
Emirates. - The successful candidate will be a focused individual who can provide leadership to a team of sales consultants to achieve goals and objectives. We are looking for someone that is confident and has good coaching and mentoring skills.
- You should be used to working with a variety of cultures both as a Customer and members of staff. Good communications skills are essential.
- As a senior manager of the brand it is expected that you are able to work with authority and as a team!
- Significant experience in leading a large team and has an in depth knowledge of the industry. You should be able to show thorough product knowledge and have a sound understanding of latest trends.
- Ability to show a background in driving sales and commercial opportunities, you should have evidence of how you have met and exceeded targets.
- Customer service is a very important part of this role and therefore you will have to evidence how you have cultivated a culture of excellent customer service.
- You should have experience in managing stock loss through implementation and adherence to policies and procedures and be able to analyse stock management.
- Ideally the successful candidate will be able to analyse reports on a daily basis to identify commercial opportunities.
- You should also have experience in ensuring Visual Merchandising standards are maintained within the brand expectations.
- Graduate in any discipline
