Job Duties:
  •     Designs, implements and directs the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s), including product strategy definition, requirements analysis and pricing.
  •     Monitors the development of business plans, managing lifecycles and product positioning in the marketplace.
  •     Reduces broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
  •     Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
  •     Establishes pricing strategies and pricing methods to maximize company revenue.
  •     Undertakes financial analysis, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.
  •     Establishes metrics to assess the sales impact of the solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance.
  •     Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  •     Interacts with technical development teams and sales to enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).
  •     Leads new product definition and business plans with joint departments.
  •     Coordinates with Finance Department on all aspects that may affect P&L and report to management any significant impact.
  •     Setting up a global network of product distribution channels.
  •     Sources new and niche markets for ISA.
  •     Identifies new business and revenue improvement opportunities for ISA.
  •     Assists in setting up a highly effective global sales force including consultants, authorized sales agents and global representatives etc in key international markets in coordination with Sales Team.
  •     Recommends partnerships and alliances opportunities with synergistic objectives, customer acquisitions in new and existing strategic markets for ISA.
  •     Assists in sourcing co-branding, white label opportunities and assists in product development initiatives.
  •     Assists Global Sales unit in sourcing new and credible referrals, securing new businesses, generating leads, and ensuring effective closure of sales.

Job Requirements:
  •     Advanced computer software skills.
  •     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •     Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
  •     Be creative and proactive
  •     Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations without damage to the relationship.

Education and Experience:
  •     Minimum education is Bachelor Degree in Business Administration-Marketing.
  •     Minimum 9 years related experience; 8 years prior management experience.
