Job Purpose.:     The purpose of this position is to plan and budget training activities, measure return on investment on all training activities, and to be responsible of the development of annual training plans, vendor Management, training data reporting and management of PDP.

Minimum experience:
• 5 years of experience in a similar role with very good understanding of training design, planning, delivering and reporting in a large organization, preferably in a telecom company
• Sound understanding of telecom business
• Experience of producing reports for senior management level
• Experience of designing and implementing yearly training plans, personal development plans, Personal improvement plans
• Good understanding of competency framework and differentiating levels
• Experience of working extensively with vendors.
• Academic qualification degree in business, training or equivalent
Minimum education:
• Minimum Bachelor in HR subjects
• Consider a plus a specialized post graduate diploma in training or new technologies.
