Job Overview:

  • To provide internal consulting services in the area of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in order to improve processes and transform the business to achieve reduction in costs, improved process efficiency and quality of products and services.
  • Develop Policies and Procedures for all BUs & SUs and provide action plans for successful implementation. Facilitate involvement of the concerned BU/SU Managers and staff to develop ownership and transfer of knowledge and skills in Policy & Procedure Development.
  • Oversee development and implementation of the Quality Management System and ISO 9000 certification across the company.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering.
  • 8 years experience preferably in the Oil/Retail sector or related industry.
  • Exposure to various Business Improvement tools like Business Process Reengineering, Total Quality Management etc.
  • Auditing experience in line with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • QMS Auditor or Lead Auditor experience.
  • Strong Training and Presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly proficient in English language, both written and verbal.
