Job Overview:

  • Deliver budgeted volume and revenue  from existing and new customer base with the agreed KPI
  • Retain and nurture portfolio: Deliver on agreed portfolio growth, cross sell targets and cross sell ratio’s
  • Ensure agreed customer service standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Assist Line manager  with developing campaigns designed to achieve financial targets

Key Duties:
  •     Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales/revenue targets as defined in agreed KPI’s: Revenue Growth (NII & NFI), Cross-sell Ratios etc.
  •     Responsible for defining and meeting key service indicators to ensure we are best in class at all times in service delivery.
  •     Develop and manage SLA’s with internal and external stake holders ensuring that we have a competitive edge over our competitors at all times
  •     Ensure that entire service team has New to Bank and cross sell targets that are aligned with overall business targets.
  •     Work closely with Compliance and Risk to ensure all queries/outstanding requirements are fulfilled within agreed time frames.
  •     Implement Sales training programs available and recommend the appropriate programs for differential training needs Continuously recruit and hire the best talent from the market place.
  •     Manage and ensure SLAs adherence with relationship between internal and external stakeholders.
  •     Actively involve with large accounts to maximize revenues
