Job Purpose.:     The purpose of this position is to manage, coordinate and ensure day-to-day operational support to the dedicated business vertical and serve as a central point of contact for all people related issues in order to facilitate and support execution of business requirements, support overall HR strategy implementation and ensure that program and policy design is delivered as per the agreed roadmap and people agenda.

 Minimum Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 2-3 years progressive HR experience in a HR Administration, HR Operations/Business Partner role, preferably in the Telecommunications / ICT industry

Minimum Education:
Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably in a Human Resource Management or Business Management field

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Demonstrable understanding of Generalist HR themes / topics
  • Good communication and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE labour law and Dubai Government HR law
  • Knowledge of HR practices
  • Excellent knowledge of HR tools and procedures
  • Good analytical skills
  • Problem solving and coaching skills
