Job Overview:
Assist the Direct Marketing Manager in planning and execution of acquisition and activation campaigns targeting internal and external databases. Co-ordinate with outstations in executing local initiatives and support in developing partner promotions to enable meet targets and business objectives.

Job Requirements:
Qualification & Education: ·

 A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (specialization in Marketing would be a distinct advantage)
Experience: ·
  •      At least 3 years in loyalty or database marketing, within airline / services industry ·
  •     Experience of campaign management & reporting ·
  •      Must demonstrate ability to plan and execute campaigns independently.

Training & Knowledge: ·
  •     Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data chunks ·
  •     Out of the box problem-solving abilities ·
  •      Strong negotiation and presentation skills ·
  •     Sound copy writing capability ·
  •     Good knowledge of MS Office applications

The role will operate in a high pressure environment to respond to the business needs with reduced lead times, especially when it comes to running tactical promotions and urgent campaigns. Lead times for tactical campaigns can be as short as 48 hours. The job holder must be capable of finding alternative “work-arounds” wherever necessary to enable speed to market.

Job Duties:
  •     Support the development and execution of marketing promotions targeting various segments of the Etihad Guest database to generate incremental revenue and eventually boost profitability.
  •     Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute acquisition campaigns across the network
  •     Act as the trouble-shooter for internal stakeholders for campaigns rolled out by the database marketing team
  •     Liaise with the outstation marketers to offer guidance regarding database usage and support in the implementation of promotions.
  •     Prepare monthly database reports and adhoc post campaign reports for distribution across the wider marketing team.
  •     Maintain a competitor report on loyalty promotions, update database marketing toolkits and ensure distribution of the information to internal stakeholders.
  •     Interface with the Visual Communications team and external creative agency in developing collaterals for campaigns.
