Job Requirements:

  • Candidate should be from Financial industry with minimum of Bachelor’s degree,  Master’s  will be preferred
  • Over all  5-7 year experience of banking  is a must and should currently be in a similar roles for  at least 3-4 years
  • Hands on experience and complete understanding of SME Business Finance / Business Loan industry and handling the team size of 40 to 50.

Job Duties:
·         Responsible for meeting/exceeding sales/revenue targets as defined in agreed KPI’s: Revenue Growth (NII & NFI), Cross-sell Ratios etc.
·         Responsible for defining and meeting key service indicators to ensure we are best in class at all times in service delivery.
·         Develop and manage SLA’s with internal and external stake holders ensuring that we have a competitive edge over our competitors at all times.
·         Ensure that entire service team has New to Bank and cross sell targets that are aligned with overall business targets.
·         Work closely with Compliance and Risk to ensure all queries/outstanding requirements are fulfilled within agreed time frames.
·         Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
·         Actively involved in achieving of All sales targets.
·         Develop and monitor minimum performance and action goals for entire team.
·         Implement Sales training programs available and recommend the appropriate programs for differential training needs Continuously recruit and hire the best talent from the market place.
·         Analyse and target opportunities to increase share of wallet.
·         Inform and guide sales team  in acquiring new Market opportunities during regular meeting.
·         Manage and ensure SLAs adherence with relationship between internal and external stakeholders.
