Job Overview
Responsible for the monitoring of communications, emails , sitatex, fax and passing inbound load messages to production and other relevant departments within the building, communicating operational issues to Duty Officers and other concerned departments. Accuracy in accepting orders/ instructions via telephone, Radio etc. in a focused and professional and speedy manner.

Job Duties:

  •     Ensure pre-estimated and final catering figures with SPML requirements are accurately logged and information passed to all relevant producing depts.
  •     Preparation of flight allocation sheets for incoming shifts, listing complete updated information on individual flights ie. ETA/ETD, aircraft regs, meal uplifts and any unscheduled tasks that have been requested by our customers.
  •     Maintain accurate and on time delivery of all catering related information to all internal customers as per specification and standards.
  •     Continuous monitoring of related information systems and keep duty officer updated at all times.
  •     Actively follow up on all communication requirements through shift to ensure all data is real to time as possible.
  •     Updating outstations on meal figures for return sector on double sector catered flights.
  •     Adhere to all company health and safety policies, SOPs and regulations.

Job Requirements   
Qualification & Education:

  •     Secondary level education or Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role within airline catering
  •     Fluency in spoken and Written English

  •     Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administration role

Training & Knowledge:
  •     A leading mentality to ensure customer service levels are met and exceeded

  •     Flexible and willing to go the extra mile
  •     Knowledge of Airport Security regulations/requirement
  •     Good IT skills
  •     Good communication skills
