Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the job is to be the system expert for the business functions (PeopleSoft HR & Payroll) in the HR unit, and liaises with the IT department for technical and project support. This individual will provide technical and functional expertise in support of the PeopleSoft Human Resources/Payroll applications in a window environment. Specific emphasis of this position will be on core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration and E-performance.

Job Duties:
• Project and action plans, change requests, develop and implement testing plans to ensure the system meets end-user requirements
• Serves as the system administrator / Super User
• Work with application functional owners and IT staff to resolve all types of issues related to PeopleSoft applications, integration and supporting apps along with other ERP technical team issues.
• Prepares written materials (e.g. reports, memos, letters, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities and providing instructions to end-users; comprehensive and clear process flow
• Gathers and analyzes information/data from key stakeholders to create reports, queries, etc.
• Provide leadership through demonstrated excellence in case resolution team training and knowledge transfers
• Develop training materials and train others in PeopleSoft
• Makes recommendations to HR Head regarding staff training needs and requests for additional support
• Follows through on all tasks and takes ownership of project issues
• Responds to data requests from internal/external parties
• Supports the implementation of added features and functionality
• Follow support process to provide technical support for PeopleSoft (ERP) HR/Payroll modules and ensure that SLA’s are met
• Managing finance systems interfaces and inputs from subsidiary systems.
• Developing the case for systems improvements.
• Develop functional specifications
• Periodic Human Resources, statistical, audit and query reports from the modules to the relevant management

Job Requirements:
Candidate with Master’s degree in the field of Information Technology or Human Resources Management (CIPD certification or SHRM) is an added advantage.


  • Candidate must have 4-6 years of progressive experience in administering ERP/People soft within HR and must have hands on experience in performing multiple full-lifecycle implementations. 
  • Functional knowledge of HR/Payroll modules data processing flow is mandatory.
