Job Overview:
Air Arabia is looking for dynamic ambitious customer focused individual to join its HR team. The selected individual will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition Specialist with various recruitment activities through the process of selection until completion of the on-boarding process while liaising with the hiring Line Manager and new joining employee to ensure a seamless integration into the Company.

Job Requirements:
    Must be educated to a minimum of Diploma Level, Degree level preferred
    01 – 02 years’ experience in HR or similar position
    Customer oriented with an ability to work independently and within a team
    Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
    PC Literate and well versed in MS Office Suite / Google office applications

Job Duties:

  •     Assists the Talent Acquisition Specialist in the process of Recruitment and Selection including but not limited to screening, short-listing applications and interviewing candidates to assess suitability.
  •     Administers test materials for different roles for the purposes of selection and/or development.
  •     Answers telephones, responds to queries from job applicants, managers, employees, and other individuals, explains and provides information relating to recruitment.
  •     Coordinates and sets up interviews ensuring interview logistics are in place ( Visa, Tickets, Hotac, etc. as applicable)
  •     Maintains and provides detailed reports on the recruitment statistics as and when requested by the Recruitment Specialist.
  •     Communicates/corresponds with candidates on selection/rejection/on hold information and co-ordinates on the joining process in close co-ordination with the HR Coordinator, Admin Coordinator & Travel Coordinator. Ensures the processes are run efficiently.
  •     Assists in the preparation of contracts, re-designation letters, upgrade letter, transfer letters, OJT letters & OJT certificates.
  •     Ensures personnel files are created and maintained in an efficient manner i.e. all relevant documents are filed correctly for all successful candidates.
  •     Responsible for the process of on-boarding selected employees in an efficient manner including but not limited to coordinating joining logistics, advising employees on their benefits, entitlements, company policies and procedures and ensuring complete familiarization with Labor Laws and company policies to advice staff on related issues.
  •     Follow up with new joining candidates to ensure that the staff is settling in without any complications (at the end of the first and third month) and obtain feedback directed at improving the onboarding process.
  •     Responsible for administering / ensuring that appraisals processes are completed confirmation letters are issued in a timely manner in line with their contractual terms.
  •     Ensure that all appraisal forms are filed in the employee’s personnel file.
  •     Conduct Exit Interviews ( up to grade 4) for employees leaving the organization and submit a comprehensive report to Management
  •     Undertakes HR related projects as and when directed.
