Job Overview
We are looking for experienced candidates to join as Assistant Manager - Marketing Alliance to source strategic alliances and negotiate tie-ups for offers across all RAKBANK programs and products while adhering to internal and external laid down guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role

Job Duties:
• Source and implement deals across all programs for the bank.
• Coordinate with the agency(s) on all acquisition partnerships and activities to ensure accurate deliverables complementing the business requirements.
• Identify customer grievances/feedback and initiate projects to convert the same into offer improvements.
• Execute all alliances led direct mailing activities by liaising with supplier, vendor etc.
• Execution of promotions end-to-end by managing logistics, mechanics etc.
• Coordinate and implement promotion differentiators across designated products portfolio.
• Co-ordinate on all Marketing initiatives and activities to ensure accurate deliverables complementing the business requirements.
• Monitor marketing on all products on both competitive visual ads and press releases.
• Keep abreast of all offers by other banks on a regular basis.
• Liaise with other suppliers for timely completion of jobs.
• Maintain all necessary MIS for alliance activities and provide feedback.
