Job Description:
To support sales areas with detailed analysis of the business opportunities and deliver incremental revenue streams.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification & Education:
  • Graduate to degree level with either:  International Studies, Accounting, Analytics as major 

  • Over 4 years of analytical experience
  • Knowledge of cargo & aviation industry desirable

Training & Knowledge:
  • Good experience of Excel & Database
  • Presentation experience providing insights into management information

Job Responsibilities:
  •     Provide the business with ad-hoc and sporadic reports to provide management information, trends & business intelligence to support the business strategic goals
  •     Support the analysis with data integrity checks on ad-hoc reports
  •     Produce regular reports on product revenue and GKA performance
  •     Produce customer segmentation reports to identify new revenue opportunities
  •     Produce the financial tracking reports for revenue boost workshops
  •     Support future business cases with local analysis for entry into new markets
  •     Be the expert in World ACD and Seabury capacity database in Cargo and train others to use the tools
  •     Support the development of Cargo Connect loyalty programme
  •     Support the BRM production and consolidation for VP Cargo
  •     Support the budget process collating inputs from all cargo departments
  •     Develop financial tracking for marketing and on line promotions
