Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to support all internal teams within du or external to du such as government and semi-government entities for all cases of security access issue, theft/fraud/legal cases where du direct or indirect employees are involved in order to ensure government/law/legal policies, procedures, regulations and timelines are adhered to strictly and that the responses provided, actions taken and case handling ensure du maintains and establishes a continuously improving and better relationship with all internal stakeholders and entities du deals with.

The role has a strong timeline, procedural and administrative adherence and requires the role holder to be a key point of contact in preparing, sending and receiving all forms of communication including letters to/from all internal and external entities dealt with as well as providing all information pertinent to a case and as required by law and legal regulations and procedural requirements.

Job Requirements:
  • Atleast 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar or related role.
  • Atleast a Bachelor degree in the relevant field.

Knowledge & Skills:
  • Ability to interpret requests and follow approval authority and established practices and scripts to the letter.
  • Strong adherence and quick turnaround times on requests received and sent on for resolution.
  • Strong Arabic language, reading, writing and business communication skills.
  • Good English language communication and interpretation/understanding skills an advantage.
  • Strong administrative, communication and organising skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to strictly follow rules, regulations, laws – understand and implement actions as per the legal and government framework established in the UAE
