Job Requirements:

  •         Bachelor's degree in Business administration or equivalent.
  •         Minimum 5 years of experience in a secretarial role within a Manufacturing environment.
  •         Fluency in both Arabic & English language is essential.
  •         Proficiency in MS-Office tools.
  •         Ability to communicate and work in a multi-cultural environment.
  •         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Duties:
  •         Assist the General Manager in his daily activities.
  •         Prepare appointment schedules & calendar Management for the General Manager.
  •         Provide support to General Manager in the preparation and compilation of various project documents such as design, tender and technical documents/reports and specification etc.
  •         Collect and present sales, collections, plant productivity, etc. reports - on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly basis.
  •         Follow-up all projects and deal with Vendors, contractors and consultants on regular basis.
  •         Document Controlling: Proper & systematic filing of all the correspondence, reports and other documents.
  •         Maintain and prepare required MIS Reports.
