Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to provide effective internal operational support to Enterprise Large Enterprise Sales and enhance internal customer experience and satisfaction in the execution of all internal process and procedure’s. This role holder supports the operational performance and efficacy of Enterprise Large Enterprise Sales team in order to meet quality standards and delivery dates within defined SLAs/policies/procedures

The role holder is also required to identify a range of critical issues and identify potential risks as well as devise solutions for resolution to the line manager.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Experience:
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in Customer Operations or related fields ideally in a telecommunication environment/industry

Minimum Education:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field

Knowledge & Skills:
• Good understanding of cross-functional telecommunications projects and environments.
• Good understanding of MS Office & telecommunications applications (BSCS, Siebel,)
• Strong Interpersonal, business writing, influencing, negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent ability to drive for results, manage and deliver against multiple priorities on-time
• Strong ability to network within a customer-oriented organisation, identify key influencers and decision-makers
• Practical and logical decision-making skills
• Ability to lead innovatively and think creatively
• Strong business consulting acumen
• Solution-finding and customer-service focussed approach
• Articulate and effective presenter with a focus on client relationship management and development
