Job Overview:
The incumbent's major role will be to acquire, grow and deepen Banking relationships in Abu Dhabi through effective relationship management, with special focus on the analysis and satisfaction of customers’ financial and investment needs, with an aim to meet the budgeted volumes whilst ensuring adherence to Banks policies, ethics and code of conduct.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate should be from Financial industry with minimum of Bachelor’s degree,  Master’s  will be preferred
• Over all 3-4 year experience of banking  is a must and should currently be in a similar roles for  at least 1-2 year
• Hands on experience and complete understanding of corporate/SME industry
• A valid UAE Drivers Licence is an added advantage

Job Duties:
• Deliver budgeted volume and revenue from existing and new customer base with the agreed KPI
• Retain and nurture portfolio: Deliver on agreed portfolio growth, cross sell targets and cross sell ratio’s
• Ensure agreed customer service standards are adhered to at all times.
• Pro-actively work on ways to enhance the customer service experience.
• Assist Line manager  with developing campaigns designed to achieve financial targets
• Ensure to Sell the bank’s products and services and transform call transactions into enhanced customer relationship and capitalize on cross sell opportunities.
• Ensure full awareness of all policies related to operational risk, sales processes, miss-selling; and avoid these at all costs.
• Assist SME department in handling customers and help in resolution of customers’ problems/complaints
• Work closely with sales, CIU, OPS and Compliance to ensure all queries/outstanding requirements are fulfilled within agreed time frames
