Job Overview
Handling production and quality for ADNOC Distribution bakeries and fresh foods in accordance with approved standards and company guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  •     10 Years general experience in bakeries
  •     At least 5 years experience in a similar job
  •     Knowledge of Bakery/Coffee/Fresh Foods procedures and policies
  •     Capable of teaching others in a constructive and positive manner
  •     Product Quality process experience
  •     Experienced in preparing and baking large quantities of bakery products such as bread, pastries and cakes
  •     Ability to operate bakery equipment
  •     Strong attention to detail
  •     Good verbal and written communication skills
  •     Ability to build relationships at all levels with good presentation skills
  •     Must be able to work flexible hours
