Job Overview:
We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a Planning Lead to join the “Planning & Business Excellence” Team. The Planning Lead will participate in and lead projects in the areas of business and corporate strategy, performance management and business planning.

Job Requirements:

  • An MBA or similar Master’s Degree in Management
  • At least 4 to 6 years of experience in Business Planning, Strategy or Management Consulting. 
  • Knowledge & Experience of retail and motors industry is an added advantage.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent numerical ability, report writing and communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of Business 
  • Planning and financial modeling are essential. 
  • You would be a self-driven, assertive and analytical candidate as a Planning Lead.

Job Duties:
  • Supporting development of the Group and individual Business Unit Business plan.
  • Conduct research and prepare analytical reports on market opportunities, competitive environment and impact of economic and market trends.
  • Conduct commercial due diligence on investment opportunities.
  • Conduct strategic projects to support the business.
  • Work on compilation, consolidation, and review of short and long term business performance of the various business units of the Group using KPIs.
