Job profile:
To Provide back up support to relationship managers/ARMs to develop and serve the Business Banking customer portfolio assigned by independently processing Credit Applications and performing day to day operations of Business banking customer asset portfolio across various industries.

Job Duties:

  • To analyze and assess (through well developed investigative and analytical abilities) requests for various credit facilities for commercial entities operating in Business Banking Segment sourced by Relationship Managers/ARMs.
  • To conduct risk analysis and assess the risk associated with the business with the credit proposal.
  • To assess credit requirements, Financial spreads, analysis and comments
  • To structure credit limits based on financial information provided and findings from various analysis.
  • Understand bank’s requirement with respect to type of security, nature and project details.
  • To complete all the documents relating to the loan application and prepare final presentation for head of the department.
  • To Monitor that the portfolio/accounts are performing in line with the business utilization and covenants.
  • All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.

Financial & Non-Financial (impact on end results "department budget, cost of operation, sales margin, operating income, staff headcount").

To meet targets/budgets ……….(Average) with regard to revenue and business volume of individual RMs/ARMs and overall targets/budgets of the Unit.

Ability to deal with customers.

Internal: Close working relationship with Relationship Managers, Unit head, IT & Admin, Central Operations, Legal, Credit and Risk Management Unit and other Business Units (Corporate, Real Estate and Investment banking), Audit, Shari’ah etc.

External: Customers, potential customers, Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Trade Associations, etc
