Job Description:
1. Preparation and completion of all new and revised Faculty Contracts.
2. Communicate with perspective employees and UAE Embassies to organize all aspects of the in processing such as processing of visas, housing, and travel arrangements.
3. Coordinate with external parties and UAE University Deans and Chairs to ensure smooth proceedings of all new Faculties.
4. Ensures that the Faculty contracts comply with University policies and procedures; Faculty By Laws, Federal and Emirate legislation and appropriate business practices.
5. Whenever requested by the respective College, be a member of the recruitment interview panel.
6. Assists all new Faculty and their families to facilitate a smooth transition to the University.
7. Liaise with academic units as well as other UAE University offices and departments, such as Academic Affairs, to resolve all Faculty issues.
8. Researches, summaries and analyses information from other Universities to assist in the preparation of new Policies and Procedures.
9. Any other duties and responsibilities set forth by the HR Director.

Job Requirements:
• Baccalaureate Degree or equivalent
• 3 – 4 years relevant experience, preferably in an educational institute
• Well rounded computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, preferably bilingual
• Highly organized and efficient
• Ability to perform multi-tasks
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Good time management
• Be able to meet deadlines with correct and accurate information
