Job profile:
We are seeking Relationship Officers / Relationship Manager to join our Wealth Management team in Abu Dhabi.

You main role will be to acquire, grow and deepen Banking relationships in Abu Dhabi through effective relationship management, with special focus on the analysis and satisfaction of customers’ financial and investment needs, with an aim to meet the budgeted volumes whilst ensuring adherence to Banks policies, ethics and code of conduct.

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma (UAE National)/ University Degree or Equivalent (Expat)

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in banking, and relationship management or customer service preferably in a similar HNWI relationship management job.

Job Duties:
• Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets of wealth management products (Investments Revenue, Liabilities Book Growth, NTB Acquisitions).
• To identify, acquire and Manage HNI relationships in Abu Dhabi
• Build and deepen relationships with existing wealth management customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues.
• Handle portfolio of customers who are of a higher and more sensitive nature.
• Assess the quality, potential and profitability of new relationships as well as the existing portfolio.
• Ensure that the service standards are met and maintained and Nil undesirable business is sourced.
• Provide truly professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
• Ensure proper documentation is done across products and timely draw-down.
• Update customers on the global economic policies and trends; be abreast with information on equities, bonds, commodities, futures, options, indices, bullion, derivates.
• Offer products that suits the customers risk profile and appetite.
• Ensure that the business is booked as per laid down procedures and guidelines and due diligence is carried out with respect to money laundering and other regulatory requirements.
