Job Description:

This role is for a Project Manager who has experience in management of projects for maintenance in  any of the following three areas;
1.Plant & Equipment in Depot & Plants
2.Service Stations and Customer locations
3.Vehicle Inspection Centers and other areas of Fleet department.
Job requires to be responsible to identify maintenance repair works and Support activities which include maintenance modifications or Ad Hoc maintenance requirements of any of the above three areas. Preparation of Scope of Works, BOQ requirements, prequalification & evaluation of bidders. Preparation & proposal of required Budgets. Preparation of Tender documents, technical Evaluation of Bids. Set Technical standards and Specifications in the contract that needs to be followed by contractors. Coordinate with PCD, FD, HSED and other maintenance departments and internal customers whenever required during and on completion of projects. Prepare contract terms and conditions for modification/execution of Minor Projects. Conduct Site Inspection, follow up and Monitor contractor works. Preparation of progress reports, Completion reports and Invoicing.

Job Requirements:

  •     B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  •     7 years Multi-disciplinary experience in any of the following:                                                         a. Project Management in terminals in Hydrocarbon or Petrochemical industry; or                             b. Project Management in construction/maintenance of Service Stations; or                                       c. Project Management in transportation facilities in Hydrocarbon or Petrochemical industry
  •     PC professional practical experience in Engineering/Maintenance related application & system.
  •     Good knowledge of Arabic and English languages (spoken & written). Working knowledge of Urdu or Hindi language will be an advantage.
  •     Valid UAE Drivers License
