Job purpose
·         Create new relationships and exploit the existing opportunities to bring in fresh business in order to achieve the set targets.
·         Maintain good relationships with key developers, real estate brokers and keyemployers.

Key result areas
·         Look at newer opportunities covering developers, brokers, existing key employers where there is a good potential for the bank to penetrate.
·         Expanding business by sourcing new opportunities in the market.
·         Originating, documenting and closing commercial and residential mortgage loans with emphasis on residential lending.  
·         Expanding business by leveraging on new opportunities in the market.
·         Expanding the customer base through a variety of effective sales techniques.
·         Delivering oral sales presentations to upper management of major companies
·         Delivering targets as assigned by Sales Manager
·         Strictly adhere to banks policy and procedures
·         Achievement of 100% of KPI/target with line manager and handed down by business.
·         Value is set as per business.
·         Consistently increase the sales ensuring quality
·         Manage, retain and develop business relationship with developers, brokers and key relationship to achieve set business targets, enhance /maintain the image of the bank.
·         Carry out the sales activity routines regularly.
·         Control and improve the quality of applications
·         Ensure upfront reject on fresh logins to be less than 2%
·         Adherence to SFE Plan assigned by SMs
·         Maintain cordial working relationships with internal and external customers
·         Working within policies, procedures and product learning parameters (original                          sighting, signature admittance, etc)
·         Market intelligence L Provide regular feedback to the Team Leader/Sales Manger about competition, customers, market etc.
·         Enhance and enrich customer and prospect information databases for current and future cross sell and other initiatives.

Knowledge, skills & experience
·         Jobholder shall preferably be a Graduate with 5-7 years experience in mortgage product
·         Should possess good credit sense, in depth product knowledge
·         Should be customer focused and achievement oriented
·         Good command in spoken English and either Arabic, Urdu or Hindi. Also good report writing skills in English
