Job purpose
To ensure that the bank is protected at all times through appropriate monitoring of centralized credit control activities related to corporate business in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait etc and to ensure that service standards to all business unit is at the highest level with regard to time delivery.

Key result areas
  •     Act as focal point for all corporate customers request on credit facilities operations, coordinate and process transactions against levy of appropriate limits, terms and conditions, pricing and margins.
  •     Carry out on on-going maintenance of credit facilities sanctioned to individual borrowers, to ensure compliance within the approved limits and Terms and conditions.
  •     Review Daily management/exception reports and monitor the day to day developments in the individual account and update credit division/marketing on deviations, so that corrective action may be taken where warranted.
  •     Ensure that all conditions stipulated in the CP/CFA as precedent to disbursement of facility(s) have been duly complied with and all securities / margins have been obtained prior to updating limit. If not, specific waiver / approvals must be available on record.
  •     Any exceptional transaction, violation of policy/procedure & approval of sanctions, deterioration of relationships are to be identified promptly and appropriate measures taken to ensure possible remedial action to avert further deterioration of exposures.

Knowledge, skills & experience
  •     A thorough understanding and knowledge of credit operations, credit administration matters and deep insight of systems, clear understanding of the transactional risk and general banking operations.
  •     Graduate with relevant experience of 5 - 7 years mainly in corporate banking, credit and loan administration.
  •     Self managed person with problem solving, excellent business analytical and communication skills.
