Job Requirements:

  •     Bachelor in Engineering
  •     Management, interaction, handling, following on actions and communication
  •     Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to excel under pressure of deadlines and customers' demands
  •     Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  •     Fluent in English reading, writing, and conversation
  •     Comfortable in following standards, procedures and manuals.
  •     0-2 years experience

Job Duties:
  •     Manage and attend customer’s complaints to reach resolution with best service quality
  •     Supervise and follow up on PPM schedules for each service within the scope of the assigned service provider.
  •     Conduct site inspection to cross check the performance of the service provider on site
  •     Address non-conformances to the service provider management for action
  •     Get input from various internal stakeholders including Customer Care Centre, Customer Feedback Management, Leasing and Property Management..etc in terms of poor service quality of service providers, clients' complaints and community concerns & act accordingly and as advised by the Line Manager.
  •     Form scopes of new works as required for the assigned community or communities.
