Job purpose
To develop, implement and manage Marketing, Innovation and Customer Experience by coordinating the actions/efforts of different teams within GTS (Sales, Product, Implementation, CSU) and across Bank with other units like Corporate Communications, Technology, PMO, vendors etc. and ensure smooth rollout of GTS (Global Transaction Services) Products, Campaigns, Collaterals, events, sponsorships etc. following strong Project Management methodology.

Key result areas

  •     Setup structured Idea Management System to capture new innovative product ideas
  •     Scan the market for new ideas, conduct feasibility studies, business case development
  •     Manage the Marketing function for GTS products and services, in close co-ordination with Corp Comms
  •     Manage the key Sponsorships and Award submissions from GTS perspective
  •     Prepare GTS Newsletter, product bulletins for Bank staff as also for CIBG Customers
  •     Be responsible for all websites (Internet & Intranet) updates for all GTS products & services
  •     Be responsible to design, implement and execute all necessary Market Readiness actions to deploy products, services and solutions in the market regarding mashreqMATRIX, payments, collections, account services, liquidity management, trade finance and supply chain.
  •     Implement concrete action and project plans to effectively implement the products, solutions and services in the market, including all internal set ups and external actions (campaigns, etc)
  •     Daily interaction and activity coordination with all units of the Bank that contribute direct or indirectly to the business objectives and goals.
  •     Perform duties & responsibilities specific to department functions & activities

Knowledge, skills & experience
  •     Incumbent should have prior direct GTS experience, deep knowledge of marketing tactics, tools, technologies and product readiness activities
  •     Web designing experience is desirable
  •     Having good aesthetic sense to design and develop the marketing campaigns to attract the customers (external and internal)
  •     University degree with at least 3+ years in a Marketing & Innovation Management or related area within corporate and investment banking sector.
