Job Description:
Develop and manage a portfolio of High net worth individual/corporate customer relationships.
Market Islamic investment products and services in order to maximize revenue.

Job Duties:

  • Sales plan and call to acquire large prospective HNW/Corporate customers through personal contacts and referrals.
  • Provide financial advice to clients in order to maximise returns and minimise risks based on clients' financial and personal profile.
  • Achieve and exceed financial as well as non-financial deliverables.
  • Prospect and acquire new aspiring affluent clients and develop relationship with customers with special emphasis on customer engagement.
  • Comply, without exceptions, with internal compliance mandate/ guidelines and UAE Central Bank's requirements.
  • Execute customer instructions and resolve customer queries/ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide personalized professional and quality banking service to strengthen and deepen customer relationship without compromising profitability.
  • Monitor market and competitors' activities to ensure opportunities for new customer acquisitions and enhanced market share in the segment.
  • Update & maintain all Sales MIS (Calls, Prospects, New Customers, Attritions)
