Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to support the alignment across the organization with strategic goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).   The job holder will be responsible for supporting the company-wide performance management processes, including organizational scorecards.   

Job Requirements:
Qualification & Education:

  •     Bachelor’s Degree in related field required 
  •     Additional certifications desired (e.g. Project Management, Balanced Scorecards, etc)

Experience:
  •     University degree or equivalent qualification
  •     1-4 years relevant project or reporting related experience
  •     Project administration experience or qualification is desired
Training & Knowledge:
  •     Excellent analytical capacity and coordination skills
  •     Strong organizational and communication skills


Job Duties:
  •     Support balanced scorecard implementation at the divisional and department level, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
  •     Track and report on KPIs and metrics across the departments, ensuring performance data is accurate and transparent
  •     Review and analyze the impact of all project risks and issues; Develop, oversee and track the mitigation and resolution plans for the risks and issues impacting business projects, as required
  •     Provide full back office support to the PMO, coordinating project meetings, preparing executive presentations and reporting on a monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc basis
  •     Ensure projects are tracked for timelines, cost, and benefit. Review and report on the realization
