Job Requirements:
Experience:


  • Minimum 3 years in any Banking or Financial organization, preferably in the areas SME/Corporate lending
  • Relevant Factoring Surveyor experience is desired but not mandatory
  • Working knowledge on Core Banking System and on a dedicated Factoring system
  • Education level – minimum MBA or CA

Skills:
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Understanding of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss accounts, Cash Flow statements)
  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Excellent command over MS Excel and MS Word

Job Duties:
  • Analyse customer sales ledgers, past payment track record to make assessment on client’s performance risk as per bank’s due diligence guidelines.
  • Obtain information from customer’s financial statements, analyse financial information to validate with the information obtained through survey activities.
  • Visit customer premises and interview their owners/management/representative to obtain all required information for the survey report.
  • Closely interact with Factoring Operations and Debtor Relationship team to obtain information on the performance of existing Factoring portfolio. Update such information in the periodic report.
  • Prepare Factoring Survey reports as per Bank’s requirements on quarterly, semi-annually and annual frequency and share with all internal stakeholders.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders to resolve queries on the submitted reports/MIS.
