Job Description:
Looking for a positive minded front line Customer Service Team Member to join our growing team.

Job Requirements:

  • MS office applications (Outlook, Excel,powerpoint,word).
  • English Proficiency.
  • Ability to communicate well in both Arabic and English
  • Ability to handle cash Complete at least one year of post-secondary school
  • 0-2 years Experience.
  • Experience within the same industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining all the interactions with the customers; this includes sales; customer service and order processing.
  • Responsible for maintaining proper customer information; follow-up on customer complaints and any other customer requirements.
