Job purpose
Manage end to end Investment/Insurance sales for General Banking & Business Banking

Job Requirements:

  •     Will need to pass CISI Investment certification, Shariah Certifications and Bancassurance product session
  •     A Graduate, with at least 4 years of experience in wealth management in the UAE
  •     Good  sales skills and knowledge of Investment/Insurance products
  •     Strong interpersonal skills, team player with ability to coach/train others
  •     Good communication, profiling , presentation and analytical skills

Job Duties:
  •         Presenting opportunities and value of Investment and Insurance products to clients of GB and BB
  •         Responsible for End to end sale/service for Investment and Insurance sales to GB and BB.
  •         Drive growth of Mashreq Investment/Insurance Business
  •         Supports primary point of fulfillment of customer cross sell of all Investment & Insurance Products in General Banking & Business Banking
  •         Promote the Investment/Insurance business and generate FER through the GB /BB portfolio by cross selling wealth products
  •         Educate and present Investment/Insurance ideas, opportunities, need analysis  to the GB and BB teams to generate referrals
  •         Looks for opportunities and harvests all referrals for Investment/Insurance sales for both departments (GB & BB)
