Job Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in the Oil and Gas industry, specifically within rotating equipment or process systems and be familiar with the relevant API standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field like engineering or similar experience and are currently or have recently worked in an international company within the Oil and Gas industry.
• A minimum of 10 years experience working in the Oil & Gas Industry is required.
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Relationship builder and team player skills in a global environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• The sales must live in the assigned territory, but be willing to travel in the Middle East and internationally as the position requires.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with strong personal drive, eager to build this new business area and to make a difference

Job Duties:
• Develop profitable sales growth in territory
• Work to advance our market share, against strong competition
• Establish a distributor network and work with reps.
• Assist in developing sales strategies to insure targets are met
• Work directly with OEMs
• Increase Rep/Distributor Knowledge of Company products
• Train, assist and support OEM base with product manager support
• Work with Reps/Distribution to identify and develop sales opportunities at all engineering firms in sales territory
• Provide seminars at consultants aimed at getting Company CLP pumps specified
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with major end users (Oil Companies)
• Work with Inside Sales and Product management to coordinate all activities of projects to include: bidding, submitting, manufacture, and installation.
• Insure proper documentation is provided at bid time
• Provide product management with feedback on project to assist in developing application data base and insuring product offering meets customer needs
