Job Requirements:
• Indian Males required
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Secretarial/Admin/Office Assistant/Personal Assistant role is must.
• Should be capable enough of doing independent error free verbal and written correspondence.
• Should have excellent exposure on MS Word, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint.

Job Duties:
• Greeting the visitors who’ll be coming to the office & to provide required assistance.  
• Arranging travel plans, Visas and Accommodation for the Staff. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and taking necessary actions.  
• Take notes or dictation at official meetings and to provide general assistance during presentations.  
• Do the complete back-end preparation for any upcoming Exhibition across the world.  
• Coordinate with the Sales Staff (All Locations) and ensure that there reporting is as per the format and is timely.
• Organising and maintaining diaries and scheduling appointments of the MD. 
• Checking the incoming emails, faxes,calls & corresponding on behalf of the MD (If Authorized) 
• Taking dictation and recording accurate facts as & when required.
• Carrying out background research and presenting the findings (For current & upcoming projects) 
• Producing documents, reports and giving presentations.
• Organizing and attending meetings along with the MD.  
• Liasoning with clients, suppliers and other staff.
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
• Do Photocopy,Scans & take printouts as & when required.
• To ensure that the Telephone Lines/Internet/Fax/Lift/Staircase/Computers/Taps,Doors are in their best form and to coordinate with Engineers/Suppliers/Mechanics,Carpenter,Plumber etc to get it done.
• To Coordinate with the Pest Control people to get timely fumigation done in the Showrooms & Offices.
• To ensure minimum inventory level is maintained of necessary items like drinking water,Stationery,Letter Heads etc
• To check the prices with vendors & negotiate the same for any purchase to be done. (Like Computers,Laptops,Mobiles,Stationery,Gift items etc)
