PSBC is a geographical expansion of the company operations in Qatar. PSBC was established on November 2006 in Abu Dhabi- UAE to cater the booming and demanding market in UAE and specifically the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Currently PSBC has three projects in hand in Abu Dhabi with over 150 staff and equipped with state of the art IT infrastructure and needed logistics and construction machineries, the company has set an extensive plan to expand it strength and operations in the capital to cater the market demand.

Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of Tally,
• Previous UAE Experienced
• A valid UAE Drivers Licence preferred
• Minimum High School Diploma,  Associates Degree or Higher preferred
• The sucessful candidate should be a young and dynamic who can work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Highly organized and flexible
• Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
• Must be self directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
• Maintains staff confidentiality
• Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software

Job Duties:
• Create and maintain invoices for the company,
• Handle customers both face to face and telephone/emails,
• Manage suppliers, follow up on potential sales leads,
• Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
• Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
• Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed
• Monitors office operations
• Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
• Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
• Manages staff schedules
• Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
• Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
• Supervises all administrative personnel
