Job Requirements:
• Masters / Bachelor's Degree in marketing discipline/ industry.
• Minimum 10 years of Marketing and Brand Management experience.
• Ability to think strategically
• Ability to travel
• Budgeting and project management skills
• Should possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent English Language skills required
• Arabic Language is a plus
• Good understanding of Arabic cultures
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team.
• Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.
• Ability to provide rational input in negotiations.
• Ability to provide coaching, feedback and on the job training when needed.
• Ability to utilize available resources effectively.

Job Duties:
Brand and Marketing Strategy:
• Manages and implements an integrated marketing strategy so that it is aligned with the long-term strategic objectives of Emaar Marketing Department.
• Prepares and gains agreement to Marketing Plans and Budgets to assist in meeting the departmental targets.
• Manages and implements brand marketing plans to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize profitable sales from each customer type.
• Communicates and enforces standards and guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency, level of quality and objectives are achieved.
• Manages budget spend per brand and ensures cost efficiency.

Communications:
• Manages and implements integrated communication strategies for the assigned projects and master plans.

Market Research:
• Explores and develops new opportunities including new concepts or services and new customer relationships to generate revenue growth.
• Determine along with development department the optimal product characteristics that will appeal to the target customer segments.

Support Functions:
• Utilizes a competitive intelligence system to maximize marketplace advantages and minimize potential weaknesses.

Team Management:
• Motivates and develops staff ensuring that performance is measured and training needs recommended.
• Manages a system of measuring and reporting Marketing Department KPI's to ensure agreed objectives are achieved.
• Prioritizes and plans team's and own tasks to ensure they are completed within set deadlines.
• Delegates work with clear work instructions and provide performance feedback to team members.

Agency Coordination:
• Manages relations with all ATL/BTL agencies, brand agencies, on-line and direct marketing agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of scope of work.
• Develops and delivers briefs to the different agencies.
• Assesses all creative solutions provided by agencies in relation to overall business objectives.
