Job Requirements:
• Environmental degree or equivalent; membership of a recognized professional body;
• External certification of safety expertise (Minimum NEBOSH certificate or other safety certificate requiring testing)
• 5 years experience of major hazards operations including offshore experience preferably with international working.
• Operations experience, preferably offshore oil production operations experience
• Able to interpret legislation and procedures, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, medically and physically fit for offshore and hot climates.

Job Duties:
• Audit HSE processes to maintain the HSE management system in support of the Company ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 Certification.
• Identify means to improve asset environmental performance and advise management on annual key performance indicators. Co-ordinate delivery of asset environmental initiatives.
• Develop asset emissions and discharge registers (emissions to air, discharges to sea, noise abatement, waste reduction) and continuously improve the management system.
• Ensure suitability of incident investigations.
• Act as a member of the incident management team.
• Develop, maintain and lead the implementation of an audit schedule for verification of SCE performance standard assurance, and environmental and sub contractor compliance audits.
• Review proposed or key legislation which could impact Company and advice on actions required for compliance.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and risk assessments, as required by operations/projects.

Duration: Longterm
Work Schedule: 5 days a week. resident based family status.
