Job Summary:
Will primarily support the Project Monitoring Director in handling all correspondences, administrative tasks, and receiving and handling information. Should have exemplary bilingual language skills in Arabic and English both spoken and written.

Requirements:
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in working in a corporate environment in a similar capacity for at least 3 years is a must.
• Time Management and Scheduling
• Administrative writing and reporting skills.
• Arabic and English Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
• Travel Logistics
• Decision Making
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Word; Excel; Outlook; Powerpoint

Job Duties:
•  Managing the daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, keeping track of calendars, scheduling meetings, correspondence, telephone conferences, etc.
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Greeting guests in person or on telephone answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintains department office supplies by checking inventory stock; anticipate needed supplies; placing orders and verifying receipt of supplies.
• Support department requirements in translating documents from English to Arabic and vice versa
• Other assigned tasks as seen fit
