Division Manager / Commercial Kitchen ( Foodservice ) & Laundry Equipment with extensive local Experience in the field , Working with High End F&B Brands and Selling Kitchen Projects to Both Restaurants & Hotels

Job Purpose:
To lead, guide, and direct the team to achieve the Company's mission, growth, and customer satisfaction in line with the agreed revenue budget and profit targets.

Dimension:
Number of employees reporting to the position and the overall total employees for which the position may be responsible: 35 employeesNumber of locations for which the position is responsible: UAE (All emirates) ,Gulf region, East Africa & Maldives.Manage Contracts with Associated international partner (( Spanish Brand ))  in execution foodservice projects for High End Hospitality Key Clients . 

Minimum Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or any degree holder
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience as an engineer within the line of business Engineering standards and codes of practice
  • Contract and commercial knowledge
  • Negotiation skills
  • Team leadership Computer Skills
  • Planning Skills Procurement
  • Selling skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, lead, and monitor team efforts to their successful completion
  • Skills in written and oral communication
  • Knowledge of Company systems and policies
  • UAE Driving License.
  • FCSI Membership.

Job Duties:
  • To monitor and control the budget and establish budget-awareness within the division team to ensure objectives are met.
  • To liaise with customers to maintain good relationships and to ensure all payments are received according to contracts/orders terms and conditions.
  • To lead the division team to achieve customer satisfaction in terms of time schedules and cost without compromising Quality, Health, Safety and the Environment standards.
  • To represent the Company and enhance relationships in dealings with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • To develop professional and open relationships with clients and customers whilst ensuring the interests of the Company are protected and to actively pursue the broadening of Company client and customer base.
  • To support and implement Company mission, vision and values working with other divisions to ensure Company's prominence as premier local and regional contributor.
  • To maintain awareness of new technologies and products that will increase the efficiency of the department and continuously devise and improve methods to stay ahead of the competition.
  • To work closely with and develop strong effective relationships with all service departments and to acts as a liaison with these departments to ensue all Company targets are met.
  • To assess capabilities and talents of team members and identify training needs and contribute to the personal development of individuals including sourcing of additional personnel according to the department requirements.
  • To conduct periodic internal meetings with the division team to review progress and discuss issues in order to resolve problems and set plans and priorities.
