Job Requirements:
• Male/Female graduates (preferably IT)
• Good Interpersonal & communication skills
• Good Business development experience in IT training industry
• Willingness to outdoor client engagements
• Demonstrated ability work productively with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated ability to generate sales leads using a variety of methods
• Reasonable local client base (you will need to provide information about your current accounts)
• Experience in maintaining long-term customer relationships with significant add-on/repeat business
• Knowledge of the latest IT technologies & willingness for continuous self learning
• Aggressive ability to achieve the monthly/Quarterly/Yearly, Gross Profit Margin (GPM) targets
• Serious desire to grow within the organisation & to take up new targets/responsibilities
• A valid UAE Drivers Licence

Job Duties:
• Professionally and effectively employs sales skills to achieve targeted sales.
•  Increase the level of sales and business mix from individual clients
•  Increase share of each market sector
•  Research and Database
•  Maintain an accurate and current database
•  Identify and develop sources of potential clients
•  Effectively communicate with clients to gain commitment to purchase
•  Maintain regular contact with Key Clients
•  Effectively communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
•  Develop and maintain relationships which benefit both client
•  Overcome client resistance/objections to products
•  Advise Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Director of client
•  Represent in a professional manner at all times
•  Liaise with other members of Sales Team to actively promote sales opportunities, exchange information and increase professionalism
•  Undertake all responsibilities with reference to procedures.
•  Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company’s Health and Safety
•  Obtain necessary authority for expenses and record same in line with Company Policy
•  Undertake any reasonable duties as specified by Managing Director and Group Sales and Marketing Director
