Job Requirements:
• Minimum graduate degree in relevant discipline / industry.
• Minimum 4-6 years experience in Marketing and Brand Management.
• Should have strategic aptitude, budgeting and project management skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Should possess strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Native Arabic and good English Language skills required.
• Ability to utilize available resources effectively.

Job Duties:
Brand and Marketing Strategy:
• Manages and implements the agreed brand marketing strategy so that it is aligned with the long-term strategic objectives of Emaar Marketing Department.
• Manages and implements brand marketing plans to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensures all brand and marketing initiatives are within guidelines for all brand communications to ensure consistency, level of quality and objectives are achieved.
• Prioritizes and plans tasks and completes them within set deadlines.
• Ensures that marketing plan execution is within the approved budget.
• Generates the post launch report post each initiative.

Market Research:
• Explores and develop new opportunities to generate revenue growth.
• Determines along with development department the optimal product characteristics that will appeal to the target markets.
• Utilizes a competitive intelligence system to maximize marketplace advantages and minimize potential weaknesses

Team Management:
• Delegates work with clear work instructions and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Motivates and develops staff ensuring that performance is measured and training needs recommended.

Launch Coordination:
• Manages and secures necessary approvals for creative execution from all agencies.
• Coordinates and delivers briefings for all internal customer facing departments: Sales, Customer Care, contact Center and Finance.
