Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review list of shop drawings prepared by the design coordinators as per DEPA's scope of work, propose time frames and resources needed realistically.
• Coordinate with the structural – MEP services and other trades for the preparation of actual working drawings.
• Prepare RFI in advance for the missing information and discrepancies. To incorporate above information , coordinate with consultant.
• Liaising with various sub-contractors and  suppliers.
• Deliver the information to respective parties and coordinate with project manager to achieve expected results.
• Check and review Cad Designers’ drawings and also the subcontractors shop drawings before issuing for consultant  approval.
• Prepare impact logs for drawing comments, RFIs and correspondences.
• Maintain a well detailed log reflecting the approval status and procurement status which will enable the Project Manager to track.
• Material sample coordination with the drawings and specification and submission for approval with all relevant supporting documents
• Make all the necessary arrangements for the projects workshops.
• Administrative responsibilities in connection with Technical Coordination.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager which include but not limited to the above mentioned duties.
