About Us
We are continually involved with construction administration and site observation on projects. Our work includes a wide variety of construction projects, including electrical, and mechanical projects.  As a full-service engineering firm, it is our practice to follow our projects through to construction completion, providing the staff necessary to perform office and field functions.

Job Requirements:
•  Degree/Diploma in a related field
•  3 years relevant experience
•  UAE Driving Licence
•  Understands means and methods of construction associated with earthwork, site utility and concrete construction associated with developing building sites from 1 to 50 acres;
•  Can create a 3d visualization of the end product and knows how to get there;
•  Understands the sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project schedules;
•  Understands how to effectively staff self-performed work activities to achieve levels of productivity that meet or exceed industry norms;
•  Has the ability to understand the function and purpose of the final product. Uses the knowledge to challenge the appropriateness of the work in progress;
•  Understands contemporary software applications associated with managing and controlling workflow.
•  Has extensive knowledge of the trades and the work involved, along with an ability to resolve problems with appropriate and timely decisions.

Job Duties:
• Ensuring that all projects are performed in accordance with contractual and quality standards;
• Scheduling and directing the daily activities of work and taking necessary action to assure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality and process are met;
• Maintaining TMG�s Equipment in a high state of readiness through daily and proactive maintenance;
• Maintaining daily paperwork such as timecards, field reports, schedule updates and E-mail correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues;
• Implementing incremental project schedules that make sure upcoming events are on track and are being proactively attended to;
• Promoting and maintaining a culture that values safety, health and cleanliness.
• Conducting and/or attending pre-construction, progress and other project and staff meetings.
