The rooms at Avenue Hotel Dubai have a modern d├ęcor with warm colors and elegant European furniture. All rooms have a work desk, a minibar, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience for 4 star hotels @ Al Rigga.
• Excellent knowledge in accounts skills.
• Preferably Indian.
• Hands-on experience in accepting payments from customers and give change and receipts
• Highly skilled in using scanners, cash registers, and calculators to calculate the price of items that customers buy
• Proven record of using the right process for cash, credit cards, or other types of payment
• In-depth knowledge of handling returns and exchanges of goods
• Thorough understanding of counting the money is in register at the beginning and end of shift
• Track record of greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dedicated and careful – high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Polish

Job Duties:
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
• Greet customers entering establishments.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
• Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission, and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners.
• Issue trading stamps, and redeem food stamps and coupons.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Answer customers' questions, and provide information on procedures or policies.
