Job Requirements:
Technical requirements
• Electrical Engineering Degree with good knowledge of regional markets for electrical or industrial electronics.
• Five to Eight years of professional experience
• Sales and marketing know-how with first international experience
• Business fluent in written and spoken English; other foreign languages common in the region (Arabic) (business fluent) are of advantage

Personal requirements
• Cultural and ethnic sensitivity
• Extrovert and communicative manner
• Cooperative work behavior

General conditions
• Willingness to travel in the designated target countries, at home and abroad for several days
• General readiness for duty also outside the normal working hours
• Willingness to participate in evening events (e.g. looking after guests)
• Flexible adjustment to changing frame conditions through continuous further training

Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of Business Development Manager will include but are not limited to the following,
• Continuous monitoring and analysis of the economic and political development of markets, sales structures, competitors and third-party sales partners as the basis for decisions with regard to the continuous development and expansion of third-party sales structures in the selected markets of the area of responsibility.
• Development of appropriate sales and marketing activities (eg product campaigns, trade show presentations, industry focus) in coordination with the export manager, and implementation in close cooperation with third-party sales partners to ensure the market
• penetration and profile building of Company Contact.
• Regular development and expansion of sales and product knowledge typical for Company Contact by means of adequate qualification measures for third-party sales partners on site, in the subsidiary or at Headquarters.
• Monitor the targets and measures agreed with the partners (eg organization, sales, profile). Coordination of optimizing or corrective measures with the export manager and implementation to achieve the objectives.
• Strategic development of the business with key customers, enhance the relationship with them, bundling and communicating all relevant information and sales to key customers.

Duration: Long term
Travel: Candidate should be willing to travel to the target market regions (North Africa)
Communication: Candidates with Good English and Arabic skills are preferred for this role.
